Hyde Park

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my rent on a house I have just moved into with 4 other people.

The house is a great place! it is situated in Hyde Park really close to the co-op and Burley Road train station as well as bus routes into town. There are 5 recently re-furbished bedrooms, comfy living area with television, cable tv and dvd player, kitchen with massive oak table, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 fridges. Virgin Internet sorted. One downstairs bathroom with shower and another upstairs.
The bedroom I am renting is a basement bedroom and comes with double bed, walk in wardrobe and desk.
The other 4 house mates are 3 girls and one boy, all students from Leeds met, leeds uni and leeds art college, aged between 20 and 24. Great people to live with. Also, as the room is paid up until October, you will have a months free rent! Available now! £72.50 per week.
