Banwell
Room in Banwell, on the
edge of the Mendips, 10 mins from Weston-super-Mare, 30 mins from Bristol, 5
mins from the M5.
It is a shared house, a 300 year old 5 bedroom cottage with 1/3rd acre
garden. You must like animals especially birds as I have chickens, ducks,
geese and quail. We also have 3 dogs between us and a couple of rabbits.
Ample parking spaces in the bottom of the garden.
The room available is a small double, 8.5 ft x 10 ft but there is a large
landing 15 ft x 15 ft with extra space just outside. There is a large
living room/dining room 25 ft x 15 ft with open fire and also a smaller
shared living room, again with open fire and a large kitchen with Aga.
Bathroom with bath and shower, and also downstairs toilet.
Rent is £325 pcm, currently unfurnished, but that’s negotiable. Room is
available at the end of April, sooner if urgent.
